Your health and safety is important to us. All Lesjour.com orders are fulfilled in a safe and timely fashion with considered sanitary measures. As a part of our health and safety precautions returns will be held for 48 hours before they are processed. Please allow 14 days for returns to be processed.
RETURN CONDITIONS
After receiving your order, you have 5 days to request a return.
Once the return is received, LESJOUR! will issue a full refund for regular priced merchandise that meets the conditions below:
- Returned items must have all original tags attached.
- Returned items must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with no signs of wear.
- Final sale items include all discounted items of 20% or more
Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. LESJOUR! has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. Your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used and processed in 5-10 business days. Any items refused will be returned to sender.
Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Rates are as follows:
• $15 for domestic shipments (within the U.S.)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs-- you will receive a return label, and $15 will be deducted when your order is processed.
We are not liable for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during shipping.
LESJOUR! does not offer price adjustments on any items.
When we started LESJOUR! we committed to as little waste as possible. But without hangtags we've discovered that we can't provide necessary quality control on returned items, and in turn, we cannot resell them. That created more waste than we anticipated.
So for now-- until we find a better solution, we've added hangtags to our collection. Please email us if you've got any ideas on how we can improve our process:)
We ship our orders on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Orders placed will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. The delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Yes, we ship worldwide-- but we do not take international returns at this time. For an alternative shipping estimate email us at hello@lesjour.com.
LESJOUR! is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes.You are liable for all import customs duties or taxes that apply to your order. Check with local customs for any taxes payable. Rules and regulations differ from country to country.
